TEASER TRAILER (2024) With Taylor Kitsch & Lynn Collins

The first teaser trailer for the long-awaited sequel to the 2012 sci-fi adventure, John Carter, has arrived and it looks to continue the epic saga of the stranded Earthman turned Martian warrior.

Reprising his star-making role, Taylor Kitsch returns as the titular John Carter, the former Confederate soldier who is mysteriously transported to the alien world of Barsoom (Mars). Alongside him, Lynn Collins also reprises her role as the Martian princess Dejah Thoris, Carter’s love interest.

The brief but tantalizing teaser offers glimpses of the sweeping Martian vistas, fantastical alien creatures, and large-scale battles that fans of the first film have come to expect. The lush, colorful production design and impressive visual effects appear to have been amped up, hinting at an even more immersive and spectacular rendering of Edgar Rice Burroughs’ classic pulp science fiction setting.
