Plot Summary
After a personal tragedy, thrill-seeker Sarah (Shauna Macdonald) joins five friends โ Juno (Natalie Mendoza), Beth (Alex Reid), Sam (MyAnna Buring), Rebecca (Saskia Mulder), and Holly (Nora-Jane Noone) โ for a caving expedition in the Appalachian Mountains.
What begins as an adventurous reunion quickly turns into a nightmare when they become trapped in an unexplored cave system after a collapse blocks their exit. As they struggle to navigate the labyrinthine tunnels, they discover they are not alone. The cave is home to terrifying, flesh-eating creatures known as “Crawlers” that hunt using sound.
