In the hidden world of Monstropolis, Monsters, Inc. is the leading scare factory, where monsters harness children’s screams to generate energy for the city. The top scarers, James P. “Sulley” Sullivan (voiced by John Goodman) and his clever sidekick Mike Wazowski (voiced by Billy Crystal), are the best at what they do — until one night, a little girl named Boo accidentally enters the monster world, and their lives are turned upside down.
Instead of scaring Boo, Sulley and Mike discover that her laughter is far more powerful than her screams, setting them on a wild adventure to protect Boo and save their world from a sinister plot by the corporation’s villainous CEO, Henry J. Waternoose.
