Story Summary

In Drag Me to Hell, Christine Brown (played by Alison Lohman) is a young and ambitious loan officer at a bank who is eager to earn a promotion. In a bid to impress her boss, she denies an elderly woman named Mrs. Ganush (Lorna Raver) an extension on her mortgage. But what Christine doesn’t expect is the terrifying and supernatural price she’ll pay for this decision.

After the woman curses Christine, she is soon plagued by horrifying visions, unsettling events, and the creeping terror of a demonic curse that slowly drags her closer to a horrifying fate. Desperate to escape the curse before it consumes her, Christine seeks help from Rham Jas (Dileep Rao), a psychic who reveals that the only way to avoid her fate is to confront the evil spirit and return the cursed object to its rightful owner.

As the days tick down and the terrifying supernatural forces intensify, Christine must battle both her own fear and the malevolent force that is pulling her toward an unimaginable doom.
