Plot Summary

Six years after the events of Wreck-It Ralph, best friends Ralph and Vanellope von Schweetz are living happily in the arcade — until a broken part threatens to shut down Vanellope’s game, Sugar Rush, forever.

To save it, the duo travels into the expansive, chaotic world of the Internet, accessing a Wi-Fi router connected to the arcade.

Inside the web, they encounter a digital metropolis full of websites, pop-up ads, viral videos, online shopping, and a dangerous game called Slaughter Race — where Vanellope finds herself drawn to a wild new life of unpredictability.

As their friendship is tested by new dreams, insecurities, and an evolving Internet landscape, Ralph must confront his own fear of losing Vanellope… even if it means going “viral” in the worst way.
