Plot Summary

Years after living quietly in his swamp with Fiona and their kids, Shrek finds the balance of Far Far Away threatened when a mysterious force—The Shadow King—begins to unravel the happily-ever-afters of every fairytale.

When Donkey’s memory begins to fade, Puss loses his swashbuckling edge, and magic itself starts vanishing from the land, Shrek is reluctantly pulled back into action. To restore the stories and save their world, the old gang must reunite for one last epic journey—through forgotten lands, abandoned tales, and rewritten endings.
