Plot Summary

It’s been years since Detectives Carter and Lee saved the world (again). Now working apart—Carter as a high-profile LAPD instructor, Lee as a Hong Kong inspector on diplomatic duty—their paths cross when a high-level triad leader escapes custody during a UN security summit in Paris.

The escape kicks off a global conspiracy involving a tech arms race, assassination attempts, and a cyberweapon capable of crashing global infrastructure.

Forced to reunite (unwillingly, of course), Carter and Lee must navigate the chaos of Paris, the backstreets of Bangkok, and the underground tunnels of Istanbul to stop a rising criminal syndicate before the world descends into anarchy.
