Plot Synopsis

The film begins with the sudden arrival of extraterrestrial invaders, known as “The Others,” who decimate humanity in a series of waves. The third wave brings a deadly virus that decimates the population. The fourth wave is an invasion of human-looking aliens disguised as survivors, spreading chaos and mistrust.

Cassie Sullivan (Chloë Grace Moretz) is a teenager trying to survive after the waves have taken her family and nearly destroyed civilization. She’s separated from her younger brother, Sam (Zackary Arthur), who is taken by the military in the wake of the disaster. As Cassie sets out to rescue him, she meets a mysterious young soldier named Evan (Alex Roe), who may not be entirely human. Together, they face the terrifying realization that the true enemy may not be who they thought.

As Cassie learns the full extent of The Others’ plans, she must make choices that will determine the future of humanity and the survival of those she loves.
