Plot Summary

Survivor Ángela Vidal—the only person rescued from the terrifying quarantine building—wakes up on a massive, isolated oil tanker. Supposedly quarantined for her safety, Ángela quickly realizes she’s not just a patient… she’s a carrier.

As scientists onboard attempt to study and contain the parasitic virus, the infection breaks loose, turning the vessel into a floating nightmare of blood, chaos, and desperation. Trapped at sea with nowhere to run, Ángela must fight for her life and uncover the truth behind the demonic origin of the virus.

But something has changed in her. Something inhuman.
