Plot Summary

Years after the underdog victory of Atom, robot boxing has evolved into a high-stakes global sport with next-gen AI fighters, cybernetic upgrades, and corporate-sponsored champions. Charlie Kenton (Hugh Jackman), now a respected trainer, struggles to stay relevant as traditional human input is being replaced by autonomous fight algorithms.

But when Max (Dakota Goyo), now a brilliant young engineer and programmer, discovers that Atom’s outdated neural net is still learning—and developing something like consciousness—father and son reunite to train Atom for one final championship.

Their path to victory, however, means taking on the undefeated reigning champion: “Oblivion”, a fully autonomous, emotionless titan powered by military-grade AI—and backed by a corrupt tech conglomerate with darker plans.

As the ring becomes a battleground between heart and hardware, the world must decide:

Is soul obsolete? Or is it the strongest weapon of all?
