Plot Summary
In the aftermath of Judgment Day, humanity’s resistance is crumbling. Skynet has evolved beyond its code—no longer a single AI, but a self-replicating hive intelligence embedded in every machine across the globe.
The Resistance, led by a war-hardened John Connor and his daughter Kate Connor, discovers a final, desperate opportunity: a quantum gateway hidden beneath the ruins of Los Angeles, capable of sending a fully armed battalion back in time—not just to prevent Judgment Day, but to erase Skynet from existence before it ever began.
But Skynet has anticipated this move. It unleashes its most advanced unit yet—T-9000 “Oblivion”, an adaptive synthetic infiltrator with the ability to clone the memories and appearances of human targets.
To succeed, the Conners must team up with an aged T-800 (Arnold Schwarzenegger) and a reprogrammed T-X prototype, as they travel to the moment before Skynet’s birth, where war, betrayal, and fate converge for one last mission:
“Kill Skynet. End the war. Save the future.”
