An underrated and underappreciated horror/thriller from Robert Harmon, the director of 1986’s The Hitcher. This one’s pretty much action packed from start to finish with some great car chase scenes, a half decent plot and plenty of tension and suspense. Jim Caviezel is on top form in the lead, Colm Feore is creepy as hell as the killer and they’re well supported by Rhona Mitra, Gordon Currie, Noam Jenkins, Andrea Rotherham and Frankie Faison. Add to this a great tone-setting score by Mark Isham and this movie is definitely worth a watch if you haven’t seen it before and with a runtime of only 80 minutes it won’t take too much of your time.
